Training and development
AM Campbell Electricians recognise that training and development isn’t just something we do – it’s part of our culture.
In 2016, one of our apprentices – Sean McCafferty – won the prestgious 2nd Stage Apprentice of the Year 2016. This award was won by Sean ahead of over 600 electrical apprentices for the North of Scotland and culminated in an awards ceremony at Inverness University where he was presentetd with the award by the Chief Executive of the SECTT.
We also work hard to bring new people into the industry – and make sure our clients have access to specialist skills. That’s why we’ve invested heavily to develop new talent through our apprentices.
