Today we start our competitive games for the new season. We would have preferred to start with supporters able to see our games but for now that is not possible.
It is important that nobody tries to sneak in, as any issues arising from non-compliance of the strict rules we are under will severely impact on the plans to get supporters back to Bellslea as soon as possible.
It seems a long time since we last played a competitive match and unfortunately since then we have lost a few people who were either close to the club or to friends of the club. Hopefully, everyone will this afternoon pause for a moment and reflect on the friends we have lost since this horrible pandemic started.

Apologies for anyone unintentionally missed from the above list but I am sure they will all be looking down on us today.
Please be assured I am not exaggerating when I say that there were serious concerns on the future of the club over the past eight months and we have to express our sincere thanks to the players and staff who have not taken wages since March and continue to do so. Likewise, we are very fortunate to have the support of our sponsors who have stuck with us. Especially the huge generosity shown by Mike Lawrie from our main sponsor, McWilliam.
To all our Supporters, Players, Management and Sponsors, we will be forever grateful.
